Process and Progress
I’ll begin painting your portrait. Every piece is created with care and attention to detail. You can choose to receive sneak peeks throughout the process or wait for the full reveal. I’ll keep you updated either way.
Unwrap and Enjoy
When your portrait is finished and you are totally happy with it, I will sign it, varnish it, and carefully wrap it. You will receive a final photo and a tracking number when it ships. Whether it’s a gift or a memory piece, it’s made to be cherished.

What if my photos are not high quality?
The better the photo, the better the artwork. But I can work with a variety of photo qualities to create a stunning portrait. Just send what you have, and we go from there.
Can I choose the background for the portrait?
Absolutely! Your pet’s personality and the story you want to tell are important. If that means including a sunny lawn or a favourite blanket, lets make it work.
Is it possible to gift a portrait as a surprise?
Yes, I can keep it a secret! Updates will be shared just between you and me, so nobody will know about the surprise in waiting.
Do you offer worldwide shipping?
Yes, I have shipped to a lot of countries already. Just let me know early on if it’s going abroad so I can plan everything properly.
How do I care for my portrait once I receive it?
I will provide care instructions to ensure your portrait remains vibrant and beautiful for years to come.
What if I have more than one pet?
I can certainly include multiple pets in one portrait. If they played together, they can stay together, even if that means working from different photos to make it happen.
How long does the process take?
(The typical turnaround time is 3–5 weeks, ensuring every detail is perfect. But there are only so many hours in a day. If you need your portrait for a certain date, or Christmas, you need to book early to avoid disappointment.
Can I request changes?
Absolutely! Your portrait should feel just right. It is as important to me as it is to you to truly captures your pet’s likeness and character.
What is the payment schedule for my portrait?
To secure a spot on my list, a 25% deposit is required upon booking. The remaining balance is only due once your portrait is finished and you are completely happy with the final piece.
What payment methods do you accept?
I offer a variety of payment options. Let me know what you prefer and I will give you the relevant details.
