Ordering your commission
Ordering a portrait of your 4 legged friend couldn’t be simpler. Use the contact form on the bottom of this page or email me directly at firstname.lastname@example.org . Let me know the details you had in mind regarding size and medium (Acrylic or Graphite), attach your photos and make sure to let me know if you need your commission to be finished by a certain date. If you are unsure about any of it, don’t worry, I’ll be glad to help and advice you. Ordering your commission should be an enjoyable process from start to finish.
I will get back to you as soon as possible. If there are any questions, we can work out the details now. If your portrait requires a combination of photos, I will create a mock up on Photoshop at this point. Once you are happy with everything, I will supply you with a final price for your artwork. For a guide on my pricing, take a look at my price list. From that date forward, you got 30 days to book your place in my order list.
In order for me to start your commission, you need to pay a 25 percent non refundable deposit. Upon clearance of it, I will get to work. Generally, it will take between four to six weeks from start to completion of your custom artwork. This will depend on size, number of subjects and background requirements. Please book your spot early on to avoid disappointment as my commission list can be pretty full at peak times like Christmas, for example.
When your piece is finished and approved by you, you need to pay the remainder of the price. Once this is cleared, you can either collect it, or I will send it to you as pre arranged.
My artwork is sent worldwide, and I will always get a quote for registered post and courier delivery so that you can choose the best way for you. All art is posted registered so that it is traceable at all times. The piece will be securely wrapped in multiple layers of protection so that it arrives with you in pristine condition, ready for framing.
